Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F

In a small saucepan, add cream, sugar, vanilla and salt

Stir until combined
Step 4
Place on medium-low heat and allow to simmer while stirring

Turn off heat

In a bowl add the yolks and whisk until it lightens in color

Gently pour small amounts of the cream mixture into the yolks while whisking to temper them

Gradually add the rest of the cream mixture while stirring

Place two ramekins in a baking sheet

Add mixture into ramekins

Add boiling water into the baking sheet

Bake for about 25-30 minutes

Let cool on counter for about 10-15 minutes, then place in fridge for 4-6 hours, or overnight

When ready to serve, sprinkle sugar on top and torch until golden brown
