Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture.
Step 3
Place in a greased 9-in. Square baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter.
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, at 425̊ for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
Step 5
Mitch’s notes: I use chicken thighs. They come less expensive per pound. I also use dried parsley. Notice the serving size is rather small. I always make a much larger batch. Increase the cooking time to about 40 minutes for a 9 x 13 pan. I use the juices created in the pan to pour over rice.
