Instructions

Step 1
Cut your pineapple in half from the step down
Step 2
Hollow out your pineapple. Remove the core and cut the rest in bite size pieces and reserve for later
Step 3
Reserve the pineapple juice for later
Step 4
Cut your chicken breast to bite size pieces
Step 5
Season chicken to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 6
Heat 2 tbs of sesame oil in your skillet. Once hot, add chicken and cook to internal temp of 160f
Step 7
While your chicken cooks, make your sauce by adding brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, pineapple juice, 1 tsp sesame oil and honey to a bowl. Stir until well combined
Step 8
Add chopped broccoli to your chicken once it’s almost cooked
Step 9
Pour in your sauce and stir
Step 10
Add pineapple from earlier to the mixture and stir until well combined
Step 11
Add 2 tsp corn starch and 2 tsp water to help the sauce thicken
Step 12
Bring to a simmer
