Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan. Add all the vegetables except the tomatoes and stir to incorporate. Cook over a medium head for 6 mins.
Step 2
Add the tomato to the pot, then add 1 Maggi or beef bouillon cube, and 2 Tablespoons of water.
Step 3
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 or 20 minutes until everything is soft and caramelized a bit and delicious.
