Low Calorie Gummy Bear Lollies – Just 2 Ingredients!
1 step
Prep:5min
I've always loved lollies and I have the hips to prove it! So when I came across this easy low-calorie lolly recipe it was a no-brainer! To my surprise they actually taste great. I thought they would melt a bit but they hold their shape really well even after they have set and left out of the fridge. They didn't really last that long though to find out. I know gelatine isn't for everyone, I am fine cooking with it as it has some great health benefits including high in antioxidants but if its not your cup of tea then you can use something like Agar to set them. Lollies can be pretty high in calories, so this is what I make for those days that I really feel like some sweets. I purchased some Gummy Bear moulds which are super cute (the kids love) from Etsy, you can use any shape you like, animals, super heroes or even a simple an ice tray.

Instructions
Step 1
Add the powder gelatine to the jelly crystals Pour in boiling water and stir briskly until all dissolved Pour straight into moulds and refrigerate Leave in fridge to firm for 4 hours Pop them out into a container Enjoy! TIP The lollies stay pretty firm once out of the fridge. They never really last that long in our house anyway! For different colours use different flavour jellies.
