1 cupunsalted butter
at room temperature
1 cuplight brown sugar
packed
½ cupgranulated sugar
1egg
large, at room temperature
1 teaspoonalmond extract
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
2 cupsunbleached all-purpose flour
2 cupsold-fashioned oats
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonkosher salt

Instructions
Step 1
Cream the butter and sugars together
Step 2
Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract
Step 3
Is a separate bowl, mix together oatmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder. Slowly add it to your mixer
Step 4
Mix in chocolate and butterscotch chips
Step 5
Chill dough for 30 min - 1 hr in freezer.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 10-12 min.
