Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

With a GF roommate, I decided it was time to start making some GF desserts. Chewy, cakey, doesn’t fall apart: these cookies are the real deal.

Whisk melted butter and sugars

Once combined, whisk in egg and vanilla

Fold in dry ingredients, being careful to not overmix

baking soda1 tsp
baking powder¼ tsp
salt1 tsp

Add inclusions: chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, PB cups, etc.

Chill dough for 30 minutes
Step 6
While dough chills, preheat oven to 330 degrees
Step 7
Bake for 12 minutes or until you reach desired cookie vibes
