Oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies

Love oatmeal cookies!? These are soft, chewy and chocolatey! So delicious it’s hard to just eat one!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
Step 3
Mix the butter and brown sugar 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Add in the eggs abd vanilla and mix 1-2 minutes. Add in the dry ingredients and mix together until incorporated.
Step 4
Mix in the oatmeal, raisins and chocolate chips.
Step 5
Chill the dough 30 minutes
Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon scoops to a cookie sheet and bake 11-13 minutes until the edges are just starting to brown
Step 7
Let cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes and remove to cooling racks to fully cool.
Step 8
I like to store these in the fridge with a piece of bread in the container to keep them fresh for longer.
