For the cake
6eggs
6 Tbspsugar
6 Tbspmilk
I used full fat milk
6 Tbspoil
sunflower or veg
6 Tbspsemolina
6 Tbspplain flour
1 packetvanilla powder
3 ½ teaspoonbaking powder
For syrup

For the cake mixture
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl then adding the 6 tablespoons of sugar then whisk till light and fluffy. In the same bowl add 6 tablespoons of milk and 6 tablespoons of oil then whisk till incorporated.
Add 6 tablespoons of semolina and 6 tablespoons of plain flour till its all incorporated all in same bowl.
Add the 1 packet of vanilla powder into the mixture then adding the 3 1/2 of baking powder whisk till all well combined . Oil the dish with sunflower oil then move mixture into a large baking dish of your choice then bake for 20-25mins.
For the syrup
Step 2
In a measuring cup put 250ml of water then add the 250ml of milk and mix.
Add 2/3 cup sugar and mix till dissolve.

Make holes with a skewer into the cake then pour the syrup on top.
Wait an hour for the syrup to absorb into the cake and add any topping you want I went with shredded coconuts but this is optional.
Then serve and enjoy
