Instructions
Step 1
Peel and wash potatoes and cut into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 2
Cook potatoes in air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Shake periodically.
Step 3
While potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes and cook in a skillet on medium high head with butter.
Step 4
Season chicken with salt and pepper, paprika and ranch seasoning.
Step 5
Once chicken is finished, add minced garlic and barbecue sauce.
Step 6
Add cooked potatoes into skillet and stir. Top with shredded cheese and cover until cheese melts.
