Step 1
Peel and devein 12 shrimp
Step 2
Chop 6-8 cloves of garlic
Step 3
Slice 2 stalks of green onions. Set greens aside for garnish

In a bowl mix soy sauce, Worcestershire, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil and set aside.
Step 5
In a pot of unsalted water boil your noodles. I chose spaghetti
Step 6
When it's about half way done start another pan. When it's hot add 1 tbsp oil and butter
Step 7
When butter is melted add chopped garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes
Step 8
Add in shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes
Step 9
When shrimp is almost done deglaze pan with 1-2 oz of cooking wine
Step 10
Cook off alcohol the add in sauce mixture and cook for another minute.
Step 11
When pasta is 90% finished add it directly into pan with shrimp
Step 12
Add in sliced green onions, parmesan cheese and a few ladies of pasta water
Step 13
Mix until a nice glossy sauce is achieved.
Step 14
Plate up pasta first. Then add on shrimp
Step 15
Top with sliced green onions
