Instructions
Step 1
In a small pot, add milk and sugar, bring to a simmer and let it bubble for 6 mins or until it thickens. Stir continuously.

Add your sugar and milk mix into a food processor, along with pistachios and pistachio cream. Mix for a couple of mins or until you form a paste.

In a bowl, add cold heavy cream from the fridge and whip for a min.
