Instructions
Step 1
Spread the biscoff onto parchment paper and freeze
Step 2

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the brownie batter
Step 3

Add half off the batter to a lined baking tin
Step 4

Add the frozen biscoff layer
Step 5

Pour the remaining brownie batter on top
Step 6

Break up the biscuits and place ontop
Step 7

Bake at 180C for 30-45mins, let cool completely before cutting into 9 slices
