No bake donuts
Like a cookie dough donut. The fdl version uses both vanilla protein powder and pb cookie select protein powder for more of a cookie butter version. I only had vanilla protein and it still worked out well.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all of the dry ingredients into a small food processor and pulse to combine them. Then add greek yogurt in evenly over all of the dry ingredients to avoid clumping. Then pulse 20-30 times. It should be a little crumbly but when you take the crumbles and press them together, they turn into a ball.
Step 2
2. Add the dough ball to the freezer to chill. This will make the dough much less sticky and will also make the dough cooler to avoid melting the chocolate chips.
Step 3
3. After the dough has been in the freezer for 15 minutes, remove it and add it on top of a scale and weigh how much it all is in total. Then divide that by 3. That will be to make 3 donuts.
Step 4
4. Once there are 3 dough balls, add 10g of mini chocolate chips to each and work those in. Then roll these in your hands like play-doh into a long rope. Take this "rope" and form into a circle and pinch the edges together. Add to freezer to cool for another
