Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix Dijon and whole grain mustard together and spread evenly on puff pastry dough

Evenly layer prosciutto on top of mustard
Step 4
Evenly layer capocollo on top of prosciutto
Step 5
Evenly layer salami on capicola
Step 6
Roll up puff pastry and seal ends with fork
Step 7
Place on sheet lined with foil
Step 8
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle top with everything bagel spice
Step 9
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Step 10
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
