Bruschetta - Broccoli rabe and sausage

Instructions
Step 1
Slice or crumble the sausage.




Step 2
Take a pan and put it on the stove with no more than a spoon of olive oil. When the oil is warm ease down the broccoli rabe and the sausage. Add a bit of salt and pepper and stir. Cook for 5 more minutes. When they are ready, put them into a bowl and cover it with a foil to keep it warm.








Step 3
Strain the mozzarella and slice it in small cubes.

Slice the bread



Step 5
Pour some olive oil on the bread.

Step 6
Rub a clove of garlic all over the bread. Add some rosemary, salt and pepper.




Step 7
Put the bread on a piece of parchment paper and on then on a baking tray.


Step 8
Bake the bread for a few minutes, until the slices become crunchy and a little dark.

Step 9
Take the bread and ease down the mozzarella and put it back in the oven for another couple of minutes, just enough to make the mozzarella melt.


Step 10
Take the bruschette out of the oven, add the sausage and broccoli rabe.
