Instructions
Step 1
Get the bread then add a tablespoon of pizza / pasta sauce on top . Coat the bread all over then use a knife to cut a line ( like a cross ) in the middle of each part of the bread but not all the way through to the center . This makes the bread flexible so you can put it in a muffin tray or burger bun mold ( basically a baking mold that has round circles .

Step 2
Once the bread is in the mould Grate cheddar or if you prefer mozzarella and sprinkle in the center and up the sides of the bread . Now slice the little salami into thin slices and add on top then slice olives and dice red bell pepper and sprinkle that on top . Drizzle some olive oil over each one and then sprinkle Italian herbs on top followed by black pepper . Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c or 395 f fan setting for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the toasts are crunchy
