Sesame Soy Roasted Broccoli

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F/220C
Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Whisk together the olive oil, liquid amino and sesame oil.
Toss broccoli with the mixture.
Arrange broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes. Stir, then continue roasting another 5 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly browned on the edges.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over very high heat for 30-60 seconds then sprinkle seeds over finished broccoli.
