Instructions
Step 1
Dice onion and add olive oil, minced garlic and onion to skillet on medium to high heat.
Step 2
Cube chicken thighs and add to onion and garlic once onions are tender. Season with garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 3
Boil water and a spoonful of Better than Bouillon until rolling. Add tortellini to water when chicken is almost done. Boil pasta for 5-8 minutes.
Step 4
Add sliced mushrooms, artichokes and pesto to chicken. Once mushrooms are tender add block of softened cream cheese. Turn heat on low.
Step 5
Drain pasta and drizzle olive oil to prevent drying out. Set aside.
Step 6
Add both Parmesan cheese to chicken and stir till melted.
Step 7
Mix tortellini and chicken and then add spinach into mix.
Step 8
Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese and other fav toppings!
