Instructions

Step 1
PREPARE cake batter and bake in 13X9-inch pan as directed on package; cool completely
Step 2
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer on medium-low speed until well blended.
Step 3
Add peanut butter; mix well.
Step 4
Blend in 1 cup COOL WHIP: spread onto cake.
Step 5
PLACE chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl.
Step 6
Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until completely melted, stirring with whisk after each minute.
Step 7
Stir in remaining 2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over cake.
Step 8
Refrigerate until set.
Step 9
Store in refrigerator.
