6 steps
Prep:5minCook:25min
This lil dessert over here is the apple of my eye 😍 so sweet and satisfying! I loveeee going all out with fall recipes but also don’t always have the time to bake extravagant things so this is the perfect festive & fast dessert (or breakfast tbh 😉) to make!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375º

Step 2
Cut each apple in half and scoop out the inside so that there is just a 1/4th inch border.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, pour in the granola, maple agave syrup, and cookie butter and mix together. Use this mixture as the filling for the apples.
Step 4
Butter an oven-safe pan and place the apples with granola inside. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Take the aluminum foil off after 25 minutes, and let bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the apple is soft.
Step 6
Serve with greek yogurt and more maple agave syrup!
