Instructions
Step 1
Boil your baby potatoes in some salted water for 30 mins or until fork tender.
Step 2
Drain and add them to a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
With the bottom of a glass, gently smash each potato.
Step 4
In the meantime, in a bowl add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika and brush it on top of your potatoes.
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 mins or until crispy (180C/360F).
