Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250?C,
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the potato wedges. Parboil the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain and dry off the potatoes with kitchen roll.
Step 4
Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Step 5
Place the potatoes on the lined tray and coat in the rapeseed oil and seasoning.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through
Step 7
Remove from the oven when golden brown and crisp.
