Easy and delicious Iftar recipe.
Crispy puff pastry on a creamy base with soft and yummy shrimp on top. Oh just so good :)
This might become my go to iftar recipe because this is just so delicious and easy to put together

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat, add the minced garlic, salt and Italian hers and mix for 1-2 minutes. Take it off the heat and let the beauty cool

(At this point, your kitchen would smell amazing)

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese,coriander, pepper and keep it aside.
Step 4
Cook the shrimp in a pan with butter until it turns pink and add chilli flakes on top.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200C for 20 minutes
Step 6
Cut puff pastry sheets into 9 squares. Apply the garlic butter melt with a brush on the pastry square. Tilt them 45 degrees to resemble a diamond shape. Close and cut the corners. Open the folds and shape it according to the video. I shaped it two ways one with the butter filling and one without.
Step 7
Now add the cream cheese, and prawn. Finish off by applying egg wash on the squares and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
