ADDICTIVE Carne Asada marinade recipe with a twist.
This recipe uses soy sauce and brown sugar instead of orange juice or Tampico. It’s different, but I promise…it’s amazing!

Grilling the Steak
Step 3
Grill at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes per side until desired temperature is reached. Longer for thicker steaks, and shorter for a thinner steak. Pour extra marinade on each side of the steak while grilling for extra flavor.
Grilling the Veggies
Step 4
Spray the grilling pan with a thin coat of cooking spray (we use canola oil) and grill the peppers and garlic in a grilling pan alongside the steak.
Step 5
Often one side of the steak will cook faster than the other end of the steak. If that’s the case, you can fold the thinner end of the steak over the thicker area to allow the thicker end to continue on the grill.
Step 6
Remove the steaks and allow them to rest a moment. Then slice into strips (cutting against the grain) and serve.
