Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325*F
Step 2
Cut up the fruit into small pieces and place into a large bowl. Add the raisins, macapuno, condensed and evaporated milk, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the liquids are well incorporated.
Step 3
Tear the croissants into the milk mixture. Slowly start pressing the bread into the liquid. Then mix thoroughly until all the bread is coated with the liquid.
Step 4
Transfer the pudding into a baking dish, and bake for 1 hour.
Step 5
Best served when warm.
Step 6
Optional - dust powdered sugar on the bread pudding before serving.
