Ingredients
4 servings
3 cupsfresh basil

1 cupcashews
soaked
½ cupdairy free parmesan
or nutritional yeast

0.5lemon
squeezed
⅓ cupolive oil

3garlic cloves

¼ cupwater
vegetable broth or coconut milk when blending

Salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Grab your raw cashews and place them in a bowl. Pour over boiling water and let them soak for about 10-15 min, or until soft and drain.
Step 2
Next, combine all ingredients into your food processor or blender and blend until smooth!
Step 3
Enjoy on top of your favorite pasta and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes of course!
