〰 1 cup soaked cashews⁣ (see steps below)⁣
1 cupcashews

½ cupdairy free parmesan⁣
or nutritional yeast⁣
〰 ½ of a lemon, squeezed ⁣

⅓ cupolive oil⁣⁣
〰 3 garlic cloves⁣

〰 1/4 cup of water, vegetable broth or coconut milk when blending ⁣⁣

Instructions

Step 1
Grab your raw cashews and place them in a bowl. Pour over boiling water and let them soak for about 10-15 min, or until soft and drain.⁣
Step 2
Next, combine all ingredients into your food processor or blender and blend until smooth! ⁣
Step 3
Enjoy on top of your favorite pasta and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes of course!
