Instructions

Step 1
Mix the milk with the yeast and sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Mix the salt with the flour and add the milk mixture, combining.
Step 3
Knead for 10 minutes

Let sit for an hour at room temp, or in the fridge overnight

Cut into 6 pieces, and roll in the semolina to desired length, and let sit in a proving drawer or warm area in the room for an hour.

Get a pan to a medium high heat and cook for 3-4 minutes a side

Cook your sausages
Step 8
Add to sliced long muffin with sauces of choice, or avocado and scrambled egg
