This is a creamy dip that I can make ahead and portion out for work. I pair it with crackers or sliced bell peppers for a quick snack.

Mix all ingredients together and put into small glass baking dish. Bake at 350* F for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. To make ahead, just portion into microwave safe containers after mixing ingredients together. Heat on high for 30-45 seconds when ready to eat.
