Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°. Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.


Step 2
To a large bowl add bananas and mash until you form a chunky liquid.
Step 3
Next add in eggs, oil, and vanilla. Whisk together until well combined then whisk in sugar.
Step 4
Slowly fold in oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until smooth.
Step 5
Lastly fold in chocolate chips.
Step 6
Transfer to loaf Pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Step 7
Let cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
