Peach and Marmalade Tart

Such an easy and delicious tart using pre rolled pastry and minimal ingredients! Perfect autumn dessert or snack! I used 1/4 sheet puff pastry but you could easily multiply the ingredients to use the whole sheet! SAVE this for later

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut your puff pastry sheet into 4 and then place onto a baking tray with greaseproof paper
Step 2
2. Spread over a layer of marmalade
Step 3
3. Thinly slice 1 peach and layer on top of the marmalade
Step 4
4. Drizzle with maple syrup / honey and cinnamon and brush the edges with a beaten egg
Step 5
5. Cook in the oven at 180oc for 20-22 minutes until crispy
Step 6
6. Top with extra honey and enjoy! Would be delicious served with yoghurt or on its own
