Clean and cut your apples into thin slices then set aside.

Cut your puff pastry into six squares.

In a small bowl, beat you egg with a fork.

In an oven tray previously lined with parchment paper, add 1 teaspoon of honey, cover with 4 or 5 slices of apple and add a drizzle of honey on top.
