Chicory & orange salad (low salt)

The bitterness of the chicory paired with the sweetness of the orange is a match made in heaven. Works great as a side salad (4 servings) or a light lunch for two.

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and oil, and mix well.
Step 2
Peel the orange. Cut into wedges and quarter the wedges. Add to the bowl.

Step 3
Slice the chicory and add to the bowl.

Step 4
Mix everything and enjoy!
