Butter Bean, Cherry Tomato & Red Onion Salad

Big butter beans give this salad a terrific heartiness. If you don’t have tinned butter beans, don’t worry, any white bean will work.

Instructions

Add all the dressing ingredients in a jug and whisk well until combined.

Add the dressing all over the salad bean mixture and serve.
