Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Makes 18 muffins
Step 3
Lightly grease or line 2 muffin tins
Step 4
In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients
Step 5
In a mixer cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs and pumpkin and mix
Step 6
Add half the dry ingredients and slowly mix. Scrape the sides. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix together.
Step 7
Add in chocolate chips and mix until incorporated
Step 8
Scoop mixture into the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean but don’t over bake.
