Instructions
Step 1
thinly slice onion for caramelizing. To a saute pan- add the onions, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and saute for 10-15 minutes, stirring every few minutes. should be on low/medium heat
Step 2
In a bowl- combine greek yogurt, cream cheese, and @danos everything bagel seasoning. Mix together well then once onions are finished add them to this bowl. Place in the fridge until ready for serving.
Step 3
Rinse a russet potato and slice on a mandolin or peeler. You can cut them as well just make sure they’re thin!
Step 4
Soak in a bowl of ice cold water for 20 minutes and drain.
Step 5
Add olive oil + soaked potatoes and combine. Place in air fryer basket and air fry at 360 for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through (or until golden brown).
Step 6
Once chips are finished, add a scoop of dip onto a plate with more everything bagel seasoning on top. then serve with chips and enjoy!
