Instructions

Step 1
Amestec: 420g faina + 150g zahar + 60g cacao neagra + 1 plic praf copt
Step 2
Apoi omogenizez si pun peste ingredientele uscate: 500ml cafea/apa/suc/lapte cocos + 120ml ulei/ulei de cocos.
Step 3
Adaug esenta de rom daca vreau.
Step 4
Inainte sa pun la cuptor pun cu lingurita gem din loc in loc.
Step 5
Compozitia o bag la cuptor 35-40 min la 180 grade.
Step 6
Dupa ce o scot de la cuptor, topesc ciocolata negra vreo 10 bucatele in care pun 2 linguri de ulei (ca sa nu se sparga cand tai praji) si o pun cu lingura peste ea asa fasii.

Note1: am primit o parere ca ar fi prea multa cacao, cred ca merge reteta si cu mai putina cacao...sau as putea incerca sa pun gem de macese in aluat, cand il omogenizez, sa mai echilibrez gustul intens de cacao?
