Slow Cooker- JAMBALAYA

An amazingly easy dish that’s packed with delicious chorizo sausage and chunky pieces of chicken.

Instructions

Step 1
Add all the ingredients except the long grain rice and prawns to the slow cooker and mix.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
Increase the heat to high and add the rice and prawns. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Serve & Enjoy.
