For the marinade

2 tablespoonRed bean curd

2 tablespoonHoisin Sauce

2 tablespoonsoy sauce

2 tablespoonChinese cooking wine

1 teaspoonsesame seed oil

2 tablespoonhoney

1 tablespoonChinese 5 spice

½ teaspoonwhite pepper

2 clovesgarlic

Instructions
Step 1

Get your ingredients ready
Step 2

Gently whisk all the ingredients for the marinade together until it has no lumps in it
Step 3

Put the pork into a zip lock bag pour on the marinade and rub it into the pork
Step 4

Roll the bag up and seal it try not to trap to much air in it.
Put the bag in a fridge and leave it to marinade for at least 24 hours
For the glaze

To make the glaze mix 2 teaspoons of the marinade with 4 tablespoons of honey
Time to roast

To preheat your oven turn on to gas mark 6 200 °C

Step 7

Line a oven try with foil and place a rack on top put your pork on it roast it I n the oven for 15 minutes
Step 8

After the pork has had 15 minutes roasting remove it fome the oven and brush both sides with the glaze
Step 9

Return the pork to the oven for 7 minutes before removing and glazing a 2nd time then roast for a further 7 minutes
Step 10

Remove from the oven and give it 1 last glaze before leaving on a cooling rack to rest for at least 15 minutes
Step 11

Once rested Slice to serve straight away or keep to use later.
