Instructions

Step 1
Pour scalded milk over Crisco and sugar in large mixing bowl. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 - 3/4C warm water. Add yeast, salt, and egg to milk mixture and stir.
Step 3
Add Flour a little at a time till you have a soft dough. Turn out on floured surface and knead well (5 - 15 min) put back in the bowl and allow to rise 1 hour (can also be put in fridge overnight).
Step 4
Divide dough in half and roll dough out until 1/4-1/2in thick.
Step 5
Spread a layer of margarine (or melted butter) on the rolled out dough and coat with lots of brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 6
Roll dough into a long roll and slice in 1/2in slices and place on a well-greased pan (preferably with edges)
Step 7
Allow to rise 1 hour. bake 15min at 350 and frost (preferred maple frosting)
