Instructions
Step 1
Take off the stem and take out the seeds of the dried chile pods
Step 2
Place in pot and fill with water submerging the chiles
Step 3
Bring to a boil then take off heat and let sit covered for 15 minutes
Step 4
Take chiles out of water and blend with the rest of the ingredients
Step 5
Put the purée back in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes and adjust the season
