Instructions

Step 1
Wisk the flour and shotening till well combined
Step 2
Add milk till dough is wet but not runny. Hand mix it, but don't overmix.
Step 3
Drop a spoonful of dough in a separate bowl of self rising flour (1/2 - 1 cup). Coat with flour to pick it up. Form it to a biscuit.
Step 4
Place each biscuit on a greased (with shortening) baking sheet. Then add a slab of butter to the top of each.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes at 450°.
