Instructions
Step 1
1. Stir the matzo meal; sugar and salt together. Beat in the egg whites and milk until thoroughly mixed.

2. Heat 2 tbs.. oil in a 9″ frying pan. Drop the batter by heaping tb. into the oil.

Fry until golden brown. Turn and fry the other side until golden brown, adding more oil as needed.
