Instructions

Step 1
Mix snd marinate the chicken for a couple hours or overnight
Step 2
Add chicken to a pan with oil while its hot. Cook the chicken through and let it charr a bit. You can also smoke it with some coal.
Step 3
Once chicken is ready, assemble your shawarma with khubz/wrap+ sliced onions+ sliced tomatoes + pickles + tahini sauce
