1. Combine all the dry ingredients

2. Slowly add the wet ingredients

3. Melt the butter then add to the batter

4. Add the mashed bananas

5. Bake at 180c for 30 minutes in a loaf pan
Step 6
Brown butter optional: Melt the butter as a first step. Wait for it to get poppy and foamy. Keep stirring it. Once it gets brown bits stop. Pour into a bowl. Then when it has cooled, add to the batter
