Instructions
Step 1
Let cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and eggs stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 2
Blend together cream cheese, butter, and sour cream. Then add cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat until well blended on an electric mixer, use whip cycle. Slowly beat in 1 egg at a time. Finally, beat entire mixture until very smooth in texture.
Step 3
Pour unto 9 1/2 inch spring pan. Place in large roasting pan filled 1/2 way with warm water.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour at 375º or until top is golden brown. Turn off oven and leaven oven door open for 1 hour. Let cake stand out at room temperature for 2 hours before refrigerating for at least 6 hours.
