Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat your oven at 200 Celsius degrees and wash well the potatoes.
Step 2
I a large bowl add the potatoes, than add the oil and shake the bowl to evenly distribute the oil on the potatoes. Add all condiments and hers and shake again.
Step 3
Put some oven paper on a tray and throw the potatoes in.
Step 4
Lower the heat to 170 Celsius degrees and bake for approximately 1 hour (crusty skin, soft in the middle, try with a fork if not sure)
Step 5
Meanwhile, season the fish with salt and pepper and heat a grill pan. Grill on each side for a few minutes (the fish is grilled when no longer is pink inside).
Step 6
Put the fish and 3 potatoes on each plate. Serve with a slice of lemon.
