Instructions

Step 1
Salt and pepper porkchops. put oil in cast-iron skillet and place porkchops in hot skillet.
Step 2
Brown on each side. Take porkchops out.
Step 3
Add Butter. Brown sugar. Minced garlic and red pepper to skillet and whisk around until all melted together.
Step 4
Place porkchops back into skillet and flip and coat both sides in the sauce.
Step 5
Bake 350 for 5 minutes.
