It's easy naan bread , recioe i adjusted from one i found that didnt work quite right. Eat warm on their own or use as a wrap for some meat n sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, yoghurts and spices together
Step 2
Once shaggy dough formed, knead with hands till smooth
Step 3
Divide into four
Step 4
With one, roll out flat and put cheese in centre, close into a ball and roll out as flat as possible. Repeat with rest of dough and cheese
Step 5
Put pan on medium heat and coat with oil
Step 6
Once hot, put one rolled out dough on. Brush the exposed top with oil and green spice and let cook for 2 mins. Repeat for other side
Step 7
Repeat with rest of dough and serve with sauce. Woohoo. U did it. Naaan. I like serving it wrapped around some sausages and sauce for a quick lunch
