Ingredients

0.5onion
Diced

1bell pepper
Chopped
½ cupwater Substitute
low sodium organic broth

1 lbground beef
95% or leaner
3 Tbsptomato paste No salt
organic or sugar added

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 tsphimalayan pink sea salt

4 leavesromaine
or butter letuce or cabbage
Instructions
Step 1
Add onion and bell pepper to a non-stick fry pan, cooking for 5-7 mins on medium heat, add water or low sodium broth to keep from sticking.
Step 2
Add ground beef and cook through. drain under running water for a few minutes.
Step 3
Put meat back into the pan and mix in tomato paste and seasonings. Stir until all the paste is mixed in. If the mixture is too thick, add water or broth to thin the paste.
Step 4
Mix and serve on lettuce leaves.
